The Phong Nha – Ke Bang Management Board and Truong Thinh Group in the signing  of the ” providing the  forest environment service  for business”

Implementation of the official coresspondence No. 422/UBND dated March 3, 2010 by the People’s Committee of Quang Binh province regarding to the agreement  to Truong Thinh who uses the property of Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park for ecotourism. After a period of preparation, negotiation,  08/3/2012  Phong Nha – Ke Bang Management Board  and Truong Thinh Group agree and sign  ” providing the  forest environment service  for business”. To participate in the signing, the representatives of the departments and agencies in Quang Binh province.

Truong Thinh Group is the first to be allowed to run business activities of ecotourism in the National Park Phong Nha – Ke Bang and  the group is responsible to pay for forest environmental services as stipulated as Decree No. 99/2010 / ND-CP dated 24/9/2010 by the Government on the payment for forest environmental services.  The period of the contract is 50 years  from 2011 to the year 2061. The contract was signed as a conditionso that the parties implement responsibilities and obligations to ensure the use of  forest environmental services in compliance with the law.
