On 08/29/2013, Phong Nha – Ke Bang has had a meeting with the Organization GIZ on the preparation of some activities for Phase 3, GIZ Component – Phong Nha – Ke Bang Project. During this period of the project, GIZ will work MB Phong Nha – Ke Bang to cary out the Component of cross-border cooperation on biodiversity conservation between the Phong Nha – Ke Bang and Hin Nam No Reserve Area, Laos. During this meeting the two sides will discuss and agree with the following contents:
GIZ will support the Management Board of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park (01) Long-term Adviser undertook missions in the focal areas of increased cooperation between the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park in Vietnam and majority Reserve National Biological form Noah Hin Nam Lao. Office of Science and International Cooperation, responsible operations, acquisitions, office and appoint one (01) professional staff with good English to work with the advisor. The activities of this component by the Office of Science and International Cooperation to act, through collaboration with the Center for Scientific Research and Rescue. Park Management Board will send the job requirements for the adviser, after reviewing the work plan and the priorities of the component to strengthen cooperation in transboundary biodiversity conservation between the Phong Nha – Ke Bang and Hin Nam Noah Sanctuary;
At the request of the Organization GIZ, MB Phong Nha – Ke Bang will appoint one (01) of skilled staff in GIS, capable of re-training after the course, good English to work with expert groups GIZ, participated in training courses on data management software in the reserve (SMART) from 23 – 09/27/2013 in Hanoi; and send the information to the Organization GIZ in the shortest time.
The above problems uniform launch preparation phase 3 of the project. Under the plan period will last for 2 years starting January 10/2013 and 9/2015 ended months.
