June 25, 2014, Rescue Center, Conservation and Development creatures receive 05 individual animals from the Police Crime Prevention environmental, Dong Hoi City Police. The individuals were confiscated from households illegally captive animals in Dong Hoi.
05 individuals included 02 red-faced monkey (Macaca arctoides), 01 golden monkeys (Macaca mulata), 01 landmark monkey (Macaca assamensis) and 01 pig-tailed macaque (Macaca nemestrina). This is the species of the primates, which are distributed in Phong Nha – Ke Bang in which 03 endangered species, rare in Group IIB of Decree 32/2006 / ND-CP, red-faced monkey, monkey tail pigs and monkeys landmark.

Earlier May 26, 2014, Rescue Center, Conservation and Development creatures also received 02 red-faced macaques (Macaca arctoides) from the Environmental Police Department, Police in Quang Binh province.

Currently these individuals are taken care, health monitoring at Park Animal Rescue Centre of Rescue, Conservation and Development creatures. After the animal care and achieve the quarantine period, all the individual animals will be released back into the wild nature in national park of Phong Nha – Ke Bang.
