Notice Regarding the Search for the Offender, Owner, Manager, or Legal User of Seized Items Involved in Administrative Violations

In accordance with the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents and its implementing guidelines, the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park Management Board requests the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park Website Editorial Board to publish the entire draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park Management Board on the unit's website to solicit feedback from departments, agencies, units; communes, wards; and relevant organizations and individuals, with the following content:

Content:

Based on Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025, of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which approved the rearrangement of provincial-level administrative units; Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 dated June 12, 2025, of the National Assembly on the reorganization of provincial-level administrative units, which includes the reorganization of Quang Binh province and Quang Tri province into the new Quang Tri province.

Based on Decision No. 423/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2025, of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province on the transfer of management authority for the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board from the People's Committee of Quang Binh province to the People's Committee of Quang Tri province; and Official Letter No. 81/UBND dated July 14, 2025, of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province on the drafting of a Decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of agencies and units; Official document No. 604/VPUBND-NC dated July 24, 2025, from the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province, approving the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board's development of regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure using a simplified procedure.

The Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board has drafted a Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board of Quang Tri Province (to replace Decision No. 25/2025/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2025, of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, due to changes in the management agency after the provincial merger).

The Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board respectfully requests relevant departments, agencies, units; communes, wards; organizations and individuals to participate in providing feedback on the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee.
